John Baker (BSc Hons)

John Baker (BSc Hons) has a strong work experience in the commercial management and quantity surveying field. John started their career at Crown House Technologies as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from September 2001 to February 2013. John then moved on to Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick, where they held the positions of Commercial Manager from March 2013 to June 2017 and Senior Commercial Manager from July 2017 to September 2020. Following that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Designer Group from September 2020 to March 2022. Currently, John serves as a Commercial Director at ESG, starting from April 2022.

John Baker has a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying from CEM University of Reading. John also has an HNC degree in Building Studies from Colchester Institute.
