Ashley Sturgeon

Ashley Sturgeon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as Group Finance Director and UK Finance Director at ESG since March 2021, Ashley has also held positions such as Head of Finance. Prior experience includes roles at Blue Prism as Financial Controller and Financial Accountant, and at RSM UK as Audit Supervisor, with responsibilities including leading audits and managing groups to improve efficiency. Ashley began a career in finance as Accounts Assistant at the University of Northampton Students Union and transitioned briefly into education as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Finance from Cass Business School and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Edge Hill University.
