Sophie Strike has extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles across various companies within the energy and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Energy Operations at ESG, Sophie previously held the position of Head of Operations at Octopus Energy. Additional experience includes being an Executive Assistant at XTEN, a Business Owner at Teapi Teahouse, and holding multiple managerial roles at UW Home Services, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, operations management, and operational support.
