Darush Dodds is currently the Group Director of Corporate Affairs & Social Value at Esh Group and serves as the Chair of the People Group at Constructing Excellence in the North East since 2024. Additionally, Dodds chairs the Construction & Built Environment Board at the North East Institute of Technology. Dodds holds a BSc in Planning & Development Surveying from Northumbria University, where they graduated with 1st Class Honours in 2012.
