David Pratt

David Pratt is the Divisional Director at Esh Group and Esh-Stantec, a role held since 2014. They previously served as Construction Director at Esh Group from 2002 to 2024, overseeing the delivery of Civil Engineering Frameworks and Minor works. Their career began as a Construction Supervisor at Skanska from 1990 to 2000, followed by a position as Project Manager at Ballast Construction from 2000 to 2001. David attended Sancroft Secondary School in Houghton-le-Spring from 1980 to 1985 and later studied at Northumbria University from 1987 to 1989.
