David Lavorel

David Lavorel has been the Chief Executive Officer of SITA since January 2000, overseeing initiatives to enhance travel safety and convenience and leading various sectors within the organization, including SITA AT AIRPORTS & BORDERS and SITAONAIR. Key responsibilities have included long-term strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. David Lavorel has also held board member positions at several companies, such as OnAir, CHAMP Cargosystems, and SITA Hong Kong Technology Limited, further contributing to advancements in passenger connectivity and joint ventures. Previous experience includes senior consultant roles at KPMG Peat Marwick and Solucom. David Lavorel holds a degree from Télécom Paris and completed the LEAP Program at INSEAD focused on leadership excellence.
