Anwar Hossain

Anwar Hossain, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Assistant Professor at Eshelman Innovation, beginning in March 2025. Prior to this role, Anwar Hossain was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from March 2020 to March 2025 and worked as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center from January 2015 to March 2020. Anwar Hossain also held the position of Senior Lecturer at Manarat International University from February 2010 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (2015-2019), an M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Dhaka (2009-2010), and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Dhaka (2003-2008).
