Julie Barber is a Senior Consultant at Esher Advisory since September 2023 and has served as a Strategy, Transformation, and Growth Consultant at Spark! Consulting Ltd since November 2019, where responsibilities include delivering program management services and change consultancy across various industries. Julie has extensive experience managing complex programs, including finance function overhauls and the implementation of new digital products, as well as utilizing robotic process automation and machine learning to enhance business performance. Previous roles include Program Manager at HSBC, where strategic advisory and regulatory compliance initiatives were led, and Senior Programme Manager at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Julie has also held various advisory positions, focusing on strategic planning and corporate governance, while holding leadership roles at KPMG in knowledge management. Julie holds an LLB degree in Law from the University of Kent.
