Bharadwaz Sharma A has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Business sectors since 2009. Bharadwaz Sharma began their career as a Sales Officer/Manager at ING Vysya Bank, where they were responsible for marketing, sales, branding and promotion activities for life insurance products. In 2013, they joined SSG IMPEX SPRL as an HR Manager & Business Partner, where they were promoted to manage daily business operations, performance, P&L, and strategy. In 2016, they moved to IPROCESS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Human Resources & Corporate Business Manager (SAS), where they were responsible for developing Analytics Corporate Training (SAS) and Resources divisions. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at both eShipz.com and eCourierz.
