Tara Austin

Tara Austin is a Vice President and Supervisor of Clinical Services, overseeing masters level clinicians in a fast-paced Employee Assistance Program. They have extensive experience in behavioral health, having worked as a Behavior Specialist at Sagewood, where they managed individualized behavior plans, and as a systems therapist at Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems. Prior to their current role, they served as a Clinical Supervisor and Training Manager at ESI Employee Assistance Group, where they supervised telephonic counselors. Tara also briefly taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh. They earned their education at Boston University.
