Joaquin Castano Teso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. joaquin began their career as a consultant at SGS, where they provided quality management consulting services to various private and governmental organizations. joaquin then worked as a consultant at Applus Norcontrol, where they implemented ISO 9001 for power plants. Joaquin later joined Fyffes as a Quality Manager, where they obtained ISO 9001 certification for the fruit ripening process and implemented HACCP. joaquin then moved on to DHV Consultores and SIVSA EHS, where they served as a Project Director and Consulting Division Director respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up sales networks, forging strategic alliances, and project management. Joaquin then joined Epson Europe B.V. as a Quality Manager, where they deployed the Mid-Term Strategy Plan and acted as the EMEA Internal Auditor for the Service and Support organization. Prior to their current position, Joaquin worked at Chubb as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily activities, IT systems, compliance, and operational management. In their most recent role at ESI Group, Joaquin serves as the Quality ISMS CSR Director, focusing on various areas such as strategy, digital transformation, and transformation productivity & performance.
