Alfredo Penate is an experienced professional with a strong background in consultancy, education, and training across various sectors. Currently employed as a consultant at USAID since March 2021, Alfredo is focused on enhancing interpersonal relationships in construction project management. As a university professor at ESI School of Management since February 2016, Alfredo teaches courses on interpersonal skills, leadership, calculus, statistics, and financial mathematics. Additionally, Alfredo serves as Executive Director at Ingeniería de la Capacitación Empresarial, managing project teams and coordinating stakeholders using agile methodologies. Alfredo has also provided training on soft skills and aeronautical project management at ICCAE and conducted seminars on ethics in the public sector for Fondo Social para la Vivienda. Previously, Alfredo has extensive experience as a facilitator at ISEADE - FEPADE and directed crew training programs at TACA International Airlines. Alfredo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bircham International University.
