Rebeca Salazar

Rebeca Salazar currently holds the position of Gerente de Formación Empresarial at Cámara de Industria de Guatemala since October 2019. In addition to this role, Rebeca serves as a Catedrática at Universidad Mariano Gálvez and ESI School of Management since January 2016 and June 2013, respectively. Rebeca has previously worked at Grupo Polyproductos de Guatemala, S. A. as Gerente de Recursos Humanos and Sub-Gerente de Recursos Humanos from January 2013 to August 2018. Rebeca also has experience as a Catedrática Universitaria at Universidad Rafael Landivar from January 2009 to 2014 and was the Jefe de Reclutamiento y Selección for the Centro de Control de Tránsito Aéreo La Aurora from 2005 to 2012. Rebeca holds a Magister degree in Gestión y Desarrollo Estratégicos del Talento Humano from Universidad Rafael Landívar, obtained between 2012 and 2013.
