Joe Wakim is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk operations, technical consulting, and digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as a Backup Consultant at ESI Technologies since September 2022, Joe actively supports businesses in their digital transformation efforts. As a co-founder of the Service Management Forum Arabia, Joe fosters a collaborative environment for service desk professionals. Previously, Joe held key positions at First National Bank Lebanon as the Head of Operations, overseeing service desk operations and IT management, and worked as a Technical Consultant at Genatec, gaining expertise in various IT platforms. Joe's experience also includes leading a support team at Secur01, where Joe implemented improvements to workflows and service metrics. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Technology and has completed several internships, building a comprehensive foundation in IT operations and support.
