Talena Addison Howard

Talena Addison Howard is the COO and co-founder of ESI, where significant achievements include hiring and onboarding over 2500 employees and establishing core values and corporate culture. Talena has extensive experience in business process improvement, team leadership, and talent development, along with successful marketing initiatives. Prior to ESI, Talena served as Campus Manager for Christ Fellowship Church, overseeing 400 volunteers and enhancing the attendee experience. Earlier roles at Family Private Care, Inc. included Special Events and Marketing Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, and Referral Coordinator. Talena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
