Lilly Boggan

Lilly Boggan has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In their most recent role as a Field Operations Coordinator at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI), they supported the field through recruiting, retention, and operations efforts. Lilly scheduled interviews for the Field Operations team, served as the candidate's point of contact during the interview process, and assisted with onboarding preparations. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Coordinator at ESI, where they closely collaborated with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Their responsibilities included bidding on projects, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Before joining ESI, Lilly gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Micron Technology, where they coordinated and executed a virtual internship program and redesigned fall recruiting. Lilly also worked as a Sports Marketing Intern at Boise State Athletics, creating and running promotions for sporting events. In addition, they served as a Front of House Trainer and Marketing Intern at a Chick-fil-A Franchise, where they trained new employees and engaged with customers through the Chick-fil-A One app. Lilly's work experience also includes a role as a Trip Leader in the Outdoor Program at Boise State University, where they facilitated positive outdoor experiences for the Boise State community and developed leadership and problem-solving skills. Lilly also served as a Brand Ambassador for Eagles Nest Outfitters, Inc, planning and executing events on campus to promote the company. Lastly, they coached volleyball at Hillside Junior High in the Boise School District, where they mentored young girls on character, teamwork, work ethic, and sportsmanship.

Lilly Boggan attended Boise State University from 2016 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management.
