Denise Madrigale

Denise Madrigale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and information management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations - Information Management Services at ESIS, Inc. since May 2006, Denise manages relationships with claim intake and offshore operations vendors, provides operational support to claims and client services, and oversees the BSS operations team. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Architect at IBM from July 1999 to June 2005 and as a Senior Systems Programmer at CIGNA from 1986 to 1999. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Linguistics from Rutgers University, earned in 1985.
