Sophia Brandstetter

Sophia Brandstetter, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement at Esker Inc since October 2022, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Infosec since November 2020. Previously, Sophia worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Mandli Communications from June 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included sourcing and hiring for various positions, improving employee engagement, and coordinating onboarding processes. Other roles include Data Processor at Roadview, Reservations Student Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and Customer Service Agent at Comfort Inn & Suites. Sophia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and has completed a summer study abroad experience at Stellenbosch University focusing on Community Development.
