Alma Najarro

Alma Damadzic Najarro serves as the Director of Professional Services at eSkillz since October 2016, where responsibilities include the planning, execution, and implementation of training and development projects tailored to business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Previously, during a tenure at the United States Tennis Association from 1998 to 2016, Alma held multiple roles including National eLearning Manager, where project management of the Oracle Taleo Learn Learning Management System and the development of custom online courses were key responsibilities. Alma also worked as a Project Manager for eLearning Development and assisted in junior competition events within the association. Academically, Alma holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration, both from St. Thomas University.
