Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in service delivery and this is her third time bringing to life an operational model from the ground up. Her 400+ client portfolio span all sectors with a specific niche in federal and state. She oversees all operations and strategic partnerships and shapes the company vision, driving customer and employee success. She also lives bicoastal except hers are the gulf of Mexico via San Antonio and the Potomac.
