Prior experience includes roles as Cornerstone Consultant/Project Manager at Headquarters Marine Corps and Supervisory Instructional Systems Specialist, as well as various positions in employee development and administrative support within the Marine Corps Community Services and United States Marine Corps. Rachael holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
