Mary Ruark

Mary Ruark is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in food and alcohol sales from work at Eskimo Joe's since October 2018, where leadership responsibilities have occasionally been assumed. Prior experience includes serving as a 911 Dispatcher at Payne County Sheriffs Office from March 2015 to March 2018, where emergency and non-emergency calls were managed, demonstrating expertise in OLETS and NCIC systems. Mary Ruark is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Data Science at Oklahoma State University, building on a foundation of degrees that include an Associate of Applied Sciences in Criminal Justice/Police Science and two bachelor’s degrees in Forensic Science and Technology and Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
