David Heijl

David Heijl is an experienced professional in user experience and product management, currently serving as the Platform UX Lead and Product Owner at Esko since July 2007. In this role, David manages the product backlog for two S2 cloud applications, guiding remote development teams and collaborating with product management and customers to enhance user solutions. Previous positions at Esko include Customer Engagement Platform Manager, e-Experience Manager, Acting Director of Software Support, and Manager of Software Documentation & Localization, where David focused on improving customer experience and managing documentation teams. Prior to Esko, David worked as a Technical Writer at ATEK and as an e-Learning Consultant at U&I Learning, and also gained freelance experience in graphic design and compositing. David holds a Master’s Degree in Germanic Languages and Literature and has additional qualifications in Media & Communication Studies and 3D Animation.
