Juan da Silva

Juan Da Silva is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry. Currently serving as President at AVT since March 2025 and General Manager for Inspection Systems at Esko since December 2024, Juan also holds the position of General Manager for Latin America at Esko Inc. since March 2022. With a career spanning over three decades, Juan has held key roles including Sales Director for North Cone and North Latin America at Esko, and Sales Director for Latin America at AVT. Prior experience includes Regional Sales Manager roles at X-Rite Inc. and a Regional Sales Director position at Atlantic Zeiser Inc., along with a Marketing Manager role at Eastman Kodak Company. Juan holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
