Shaik Shinaz

Shaik Shinaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, and IT Service Management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cloud Operations at Esko since September 2021, Shaik leads teams in AWS infrastructure and application deployment, ensuring effective handling of incidents, releases, changes, and problems for Esko's SaaS products. Prior to this role, Shaik held senior management positions at Herbalife Nutrition, where responsibilities included leading DevOps for ERP deployments and overseeing release management across multiple countries. Additional experience includes IT service management roles at Logica, Wipro Infotech Ltd, Hewlett-Packard, Accenture Services, and Viteos Fund Services.
