Busby Raboshakga has extensive experience in application support and system analysis, with a career spanning over 15 years at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, where the role of Senior Advisor Application Support involves providing consultative services, managing projects, and enhancing business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing system issues, developing solutions, conducting system tests, and providing user training. Prior experience as a Support Analyst at Arivia.kom focused on desktop support, software installation, and configuration of IT systems.
