Dr. Mary Morolong-Nonkwelo has extensive experience at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, having started as a Communication Practitioner in April 1992 before advancing to the roles of Head of Customer Services School and Head of School for Project Management and Customer Services. Dr. Morolong-Nonkwelo has been instrumental in managing special events and promoting organizational initiatives, including significant strategic events such as Eskom's 75th Anniversary. In May 2008, Dr. Morolong-Nonkwelo took on the role of Head of School for Project Management, focusing on the establishment of strategic learning strategies, development of learning pathways, and conceptualization of learning solutions to enhance competencies within the project management community. Additionally, Dr. Morolong-Nonkwelo holds a PhD in Project Management from the Da Vinci Institute, complemented by education at UNISA - School of Business Leadership.
