Pranesha Padayachy

Pranesha Padayachy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Enablement in the Primary Energy Division at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd since May 2012, Pranesha is responsible for developing logistics strategies to optimize operations and ensure security of coal supply. Previously, Pranesha held the role of Chief Business Adviser for Strategy, Planning, and Business Improvement at Eskom, where responsibilities included formulating long-term strategies for coal supply and logistics. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Absa, where Pranesha focused on customer strategy and innovation projects, and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Pranesha began the career with a graduate program at Liberty Life after earning a BSc Honours in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
