Tebogo Mohloana

Tebogo Mohloana worked as an Assistant Human Resources Officer at Eskom Rotek Industries SOC Ltd from March 2016 to June 2022. In this role, responsibilities included identifying IR trends, assisting with the development of employee relations strategy, and interpreting policies and procedures.

Prior to that, Tebogo served as a Human Resources Intern at Eskom Rotek Industries from March 2014 to February 2016. During this time, tasks involved training administration, recruitment support, and facilitation of wage negotiation consultations.
