As a Senior Engineer in Nuclear Licensing at Eskom since June 2008, Vuyani has been involved in licensing activities for the Nuclear Build Project. Previously, Vuyani served as a Senior Specialist in the Assessment group at the National Nuclear Regulator, focusing on technical safety assessments for nuclear installations. Vuyani began a career as a Scientist at the Nuclear Energy Corporation of South Africa, where work included optimizing fuel loading patterns for the Safari core. Vuyani holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town and advanced degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and Physics from the University of the Western Cape.
