Zimkhitha Mjali

Zimkhitha Mjali has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Middle Manager HR Operations at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd since December 2008. In this role, Zimkhitha provides management information services, analyzes key trends in HR performance, develops statistical models for risk assessment, and advises on HR non-performance.
