Andreas Jernberg

Andreas Jernberg has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Andreas is currently serving as the Managing Director / VD & VP Brand Partnerships Europe at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG], a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, from April 2020 to October 2021, Andreas worked as a Senior Brand Partnership Manager at ESL Gaming.

Before their time at ESL, they joined Webhallen Sverige AB in March 2015. During their tenure at Webhallen, Andreas held various positions of increasing responsibility. Andreas served as the Sales Director B2B, responsible for managing multiple departments and a sales team. Andreas was also the Customer Service & Aftersale Director, overseeing customer care departments. Furthermore, Andreas served as the Event Sales Manager, responsible for planning and executing events, and as the B2B Manager. Andreas worked at Webhallen Sverige AB until April 2020.

Prior to joining Webhallen, Andreas gained experience working at PC Punkten AB as a Store Manager from March 2009 to August 2011. Andreas was responsible for daily store operations, budget planning, and mentoring the sales team.

Andreas also worked at PC City Sverige AB as a Service & Technician Manager from April 2006 to May 2009. Andreas was responsible for optimizing service sales, managing repairs and diagnostics, and handling aftersales and RMA/credit processes. Prior to that, they served as a Technician & After Sales Associate from December 2005 to April 2006.

Andreas Jernberg attended Anders Ljungstedts Gymnasium, where they studied Economy. In 2018, they also completed a training program at Adapt for management work environment education for managers. Additionally, in the same year, they took a digital intensive course on the GDPR-Data Protection Regulation at Nackademin.
