Brad Baldwin

Brad Baldwin is a seasoned professional in the event management and esports industries, currently serving as the Head of DreamHack Festival Operations Asia Pacific at ESL FACEIT Group since April 2022. With extensive experience dating back to 2010, Baldwin has been instrumental in overseeing the strategic planning and execution of large-scale events, including notable accomplishments with over ten arena-scale events since 2017, attracting more than 200,000 participants. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at ESL Gaming and Project Manager at VIM Media & Events, where Baldwin contributed to major gaming marketing campaigns and events. Baldwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Recreation Management from the Centre of Recreation Sport and Tourism and has furthered professional development through Landmark Education.
