Jalal Tantaoui

Jalal Tantaoui, CMA, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Business Unit Controller for the MENA region at ESL FACEIT Group since September 2022, where responsibilities include financial oversight for the Esport World Cup, month-end closing, and financial reporting and analysis. Previous roles include Business Unit Controller for MENA and Corporate Financial Controller, with a focus on cash flow planning and financial data quality. Jalal has also worked as a Global Indirect Cost Controller at ESL Gaming, ensuring accuracy in indirect cost reporting. Early career experience includes positions as a Junior Financial Analyst at QMM Engineering Service GmbH and a Financial Analysis Intern at BorgWarner Inc., where financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis were key tasks. Jalal holds an MBA from Ludwigshafen University and a Master’s degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Ecole nationale de commerce et de gestion de Casablanca.
