Kai Kienzle

Kai Kienzle has a long and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Starting in 2005, they worked at ESL Gaming in various roles, including Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Creative Director, VP Brand & Product Marketing, and VP Fan / Consumer Marketing. In 2022, they joined ESL FACEIT Group as the VP Fan Marketing, responsible for building experiences and communities beyond gameplay and leading B2C Marketing for ESL, FaceIT, and DreamHack.

Kai Kienzle earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Studies & Media Psychology from the University of Cologne in 2014. In 2013, they also studied Liberal Arts at Sophia University.
