René Lambers

René Lambers has extensive work experience in the legal field. René currently holds the position of Vice President Legal, Europe & Commercial Support at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as Global VP Legal / General Counsel at ESL Gaming from August 2018 to August 2022. Lambers also held the role of Geschäftsführer / Managing Director at Turtle Entertainment TV GmbH and four media network GmbH from June 2018 to January 2021. In addition, they worked as Head Of Legal at ESL - Turtle Entertainment from July 2017 to July 2018. Before joining the gaming industry, Lambers worked as a Legal Counsel at Content Management AG from October 2009 to June 2017. René also has experience as a Rechtsanwalt at Rechtsanwalt Lambers and Toennes.Klages.Brinkschröder from April 2008 to June 2017 and from April 2008 to September 2009, respectively.

René Lambers completed their Jurastudium, allgemein, earning the degree of Volljurist, from Universität Osnabrück. René attended the university from 1997 to 2005.
