Amanda Winchell

Amanda Winchell has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Amanda began their career as a Head Cashier at Ellms Family Farm, where they managed a team and oversaw cash-related activities. Amanda then worked at Sunmark FCU as a Member Service Representative, where they handled personal and business account transactions and informed members about new products and services. Amanda also served as an Accounting Specialist Intern at Sunmark FCU, reconciling General Ledger accounts and posting journal entries.

Amanda later joined the Student Activities Board, initially as the Treasurer, responsible for managing a budget of over $150,000 and overseeing monetary transactions. Amanda then became the Vice President, handling day-to-day roles and managing contacts with performers.

After their time at the Student Activities Board, Amanda worked at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP as a Foreclosure Billing Clerk, reconciling credit card transactions and handling vendor invoices and cash deposits. Amanda then transitioned to ESL Federal Credit Union, where they held multiple roles. As a Teller II, they performed accurate transactions, identified member product needs, and assisted in monthly branch audits. Amanda later became a Relationship Banker, acquiring and maintaining customer relationships across ESL's three lines of business. Finally, Amanda worked as a Credit Analyst, evaluating business loan requests and underwriting applications up to $250,000.

Amanda Winchell completed their education in a chronological manner. Amanda first attended Fulton-Montgomery Community College from 2013 to 2014 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration. Amanda then continued their education at St. John Fisher University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General at St. John Fisher University from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda Winchell also obtained a Notary Public certification from The State of New York in March 2019.
