Barb Eaton

Barb Eaton's work experience includes various roles at ESL Federal Credit Union and Eastman Kodak. Barb started their career at Eastman Kodak in 1977, where they worked as an Administrative employee until 1994. In 1994, they joined ESL Federal Credit Union as an Assistant to the CEO, a position they held until 1999. At ESL Federal Credit Union, Barb progressed through various roles including Internet Manager, Internet Center Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Marketing Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing internet strategies, managing internet costs and revenue, establishing and managing a new department for internet services, designing productivity and efficiency measures, and coordinating marketing strategies for the internet site.

Barb Eaton earned a Certificate in Management Process from Rochester Institute of Technology. Barb attended the institute from 1999 to 2000.
