James Miller

ESL welcomed Jim in 2015 with a proven track record in the financial services realm, particularly in market management, sales coaching, and team development. Jim served as a District Manager, leading the recruitment, management, and retention of ESL’s Westside branch staff. In 2021, Jim was promoted to his current role of Vice President/Director, Mortgage Lending where he continues to ensure that ESL provides a consistently superior experience in providing mortgage solutions. Jim also oversees the ongoing investments into the credit union’s Mortgage business, including ESL teams responsible for mortgage sales, underwriting, processing, and loan closing activities.

Committed to his own professional development and lifelong learning, Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University, and is a graduate of the Leadership Rochester.
