Joseph S. Buscaglia

Joe quickly established himself as a leader at ESL. Shortly after joining the organization as a systems analyst (1993), Joe earned the role of Manager of Member Interface Technologies (1995), a position he held until the promotion to his current leadership role in February 2013. In this position, Joe oversees all ESL information technology departments. Prior to joining our organization, he served as a business systems analyst at Eastman Kodak Credit Corporation and held various positions at Cortex Corporation. Joe received his bachelor’s degree in information systems management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Joe has a variety of charitable interests in the community.
