After more than 13 years in the banking industry, Julie joined ESL in 2007 as a Training & Performance Specialist. In 2014 she assumed the role of Manager, Learning and Development, where she was responsible for the overall design, development, and delivery of learning programs to increase employee engagement, skill development, and retention.
In 2022 Julie was named VP/Director, Organizational Development. In this role, she leads initiatives to enhance the capacity of ESL teams, leaders, and individuals to further position the organization for success. This includes identifying areas of opportunity within ESL’s talent infrastructure, change management, learning, leadership, and career development programs.
Julie graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Telecommunications Management. She previously served on the board of ROC ATD, the Rochester chapter of the Association for Talent Development. Julie is also an active member of several industry groups, including the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association for Talent Development.
