Monika Reifenstein

Monika Reifenstein is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in community engagement, relationship management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at ESL Federal Credit Union, Monika supports the Community Impact team in achieving goals related to neighborhood development and affordable housing in Rochester. Previous roles include Board Treasurer for Concentus Women's Chorus and Development & Communications Specialist at Reconnect Rochester, Inc., where Monika managed donor communications and facilitated online events. Additionally, Monika held the position of Interim Executive Director at Community Design Center of Rochester, overseeing operational and financial responsibilities. Monika co-founded Make Music Rochester and has experience in consulting, research, and sales. Monika holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and the Study of Women and Gender from Smith College.
