Rachel Pikus

Rachel Pikus has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career as an Internal Communications Intern at HSBC in 2004 and later interned at the Blue Cross Arena as a Group Sales and Special Event Intern. In 2006, they worked as a Communications and Web Coordinator at George Eastman House. Rachel then joined Rochester Institute of Technology as an Electronic Communications Specialist from 2009 to 2011. Rachel then worked as a Web Content Specialist at Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester from 2011 to 2012. Rachel then joined the ATP Tour, Inc. as a Social Media & Digital Analytics role in 2012. Rachel was hired as the Manager of Online Engagement at George Eastman Museum in 2013, and in the same year, they also started working as a Front Desk Associate at Midtown Athletic Clubs. Their most recent position was at ESL Federal Credit Union, where they worked as a Website Admin Specialist from March to September 2016, and later became a Website Content Administrator from September 2016 onwards.

Rachel Pikus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional & Technical Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained an Advanced Certificate in Interactive Multimedia Development from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009.
