Colin Dixon is the Head of Business Development at ESL Fuels since December 2021 and serves as Managing Director at MoreWays Consulting Limited since February 2017, specializing in consultancy for the downstream oil market. Previously, Colin held several key positions at Essar Oil UK Ltd, including Head of Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer, where responsibility encompassed growth projects, M&A activities, and strategy development. Colin's career initiated at Shell, where roles spanned from Commercial Fuels Business Manager to CEE Chemicals Manager, focusing on sales strategy and team performance in various regional markets. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol, completed in 1986.

ESL Fuels is a family business and was incorporated in 2000. We design, blend, process and supply a range of fuels for the road, heating and marine markets. Over the past twenty years we have supplied over two billion litres to the UK market, with nationwide coverage courtesy of supplying the nation’s leading distributors.
