Paul Molander

Paul Molander is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in nautical management and project supervision. Currently serving as Nautical Superintendent at ESL Shipping Ltd since January 2022, Paul previously held various roles at Helsinki Shipyard Oy, including Commissioning Manager and Designer for deck outfitting. Notably, Paul has managed significant projects related to lifeboat and equipment upgrades for Carnival Cruise Line through Ablemans LCS. Additional experience includes managing deck outfitting operations at Arctech Helsinki Shipyard and serving in various deck-related positions at OSM Ship Management Finland OY and Fortum Shipping Oy. Paul holds a Bachelor of Maritime Technology with a focus on Maritime Management from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2011.
