Roope Juusola

Roope Juusola is a qualified 2nd Engineer with extensive maritime experience, currently serving at ESL Shipping Ltd on the MV Haaga, a general cargo vessel, since April 2023. Previously, Roope held the position of 2nd Engineer on the MV Misana, a Ro-Ro cargo ship, with Godby Shipping Ab from December 2022 to February 2023, and worked as a Motorman on the MV Mistral during February to August 2022. Roope's career also includes military service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces in 2021, and mechanical roles in various capacities, including maintenance at power plants and copper factories. Roope earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Maritime Technology from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, completing studies in June 2023.
