Aysha Gupta

Aysha Gupta is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering with a focus on asset optimization and operational excellence. Currently serving as Lead Asset Optimization in Rolling Mills and Lead Business Excellence at ESL Steel Limited since December 2020, Aysha has also been involved in a critical collaboration with Renoir Consulting on Project Utkrisht, which targets operational excellence through process studies and strategy integration. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed process control within battery operations and refractory maintenance. Aysha began the professional journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at ESL Steel, following an industrial training stint at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar and foundational studies at Scholar Abode School and Brilliant Public School in Patna.
