Katie Kleyla

Katie Kleyla is a seasoned professional in marketing, events, and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Teammate Experience at Esler Companies since April 2024. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Kleyla has held leadership roles such as Director of Marketing & Events for the RI Hospitality Association & RI Hospitality Education Foundation and Director of Private Events & Marketing at Toasted Bun Hospitality. A talented vocalist, Kleyla has performed with The New Providence Big Band since November 2012 and served as a cantor at St. Joseph's Church from July 2013 to March 2022. Kleyla’s public service experience includes serving as a City Councilwoman for the City of East Providence from November 2010 to November 2012. Kleyla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Rhode Island in 2009.
