Anne Hsia

Anne Hsia is an experienced professional specializing in academic mentoring and marketing. Currently serving as an Academic Mentor at ESM Prep since July 2021, Anne previously held the role of Marketing Specialist at Cru from August 2019 to July 2021. In this capacity, Anne successfully created and launched a conference app for 1,000 attendees, developed a brandscript guide for field leaders, conducted SEO research, and optimized web content to enhance user engagement with Cru's mission. Additionally, Anne worked as a Global Social Benefit Fellow at Tugende from June 2018 to June 2019, focusing on asset-based micro-financing for motorcycle taxi drivers in Uganda and conducting over 300 surveys in support of the mission. Anne also served as a Global Social Benefit Fellow at Santa Clara University from March 2018 to June 2019, contributing to initiatives aimed at alleviating global poverty. Anne holds a degree from Santa Clara University, attended Queensland University of Technology in 2017, and has a strong commitment to social entrepreneurship and community empowerment.
