David Blazquez Vila

David Blazquez Vila is the Head of Business Strategy and Project Management at ESM - European Stability Mechanism. Prior to this, at BBVA, David served as Senior Manager IT Corporate & Investment Banking and Business Partner at BBVA Asset Management. David also held various consultant roles at Net2s, working with companies like Pioneer Investments, HBOS, Banco Santander, and Banesto. David holds a degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA specialized in International Financial Markets, and completed the Emerging Leaders Programme in Strategy and Leadership at The Wharton School.
